Harry,
I did this (on my Trophy) until I learned of a better fix.  Try
this:  Remove one caliper; pump the brake until the pads meet;
gently press them back in; repeat; reinstall & retorque to 40nm.
Then do the same with the other caliper.  You'll be amazed at the
result!
