That shouldn't be hard, as those that make the plugs can tell you what
their reduction is. I guess it varies a little by maker and materials
used, but the folks that made my wife's customs at a Cycleworld show for
about $45 said the reduction was about 28-30dB, which is in the same range
that the cheap LaserLite plus I use is. The green LaserLite's are 26 or
28 I think, and the yellow and red ones are 33 I think.
