[ST] Tire repair

Mort,

There're a lot of opinions about replace vs. repair.  Assuming
the puncture is small & in the middle 2/3 of the tread, I'm in
the repair camp.  I wouldn't use a plug for anything more than an
emergancy roadside repair, but I've repaired two tires with
patchplugs [see http://www.stopngo.com/motorcycle.html ] and have
had zero problems with the tires for the remainder of the
treadlife.
