Yep, IIRC 46mm is the correct size.  As noted in the faq I think it was,
you can catch a 1 and 13/16" socket at Sears Hardware stores, and get the
appropriate adaptor if you need it for your driver (3/4 to 1/2, etc) 

I'd like to find a real 46mm 6 point socket too, the one I got is a 12
point I think but it works fine.  

Get a torque wrench while your there!
