I have a pair of Triumph's Tri-Tech boots. I love them. They're different
from the other boots mentioned so far in this thread in that they are more
styled after a hiking boot. They feel like a hiking boot when worn and are
very comfortable for walking around. They took a while to break in though,
the material is pretty stiff. The sole is very substantial and grips well
on pavement. I have a pair of SIDI Champions that are pretty comfortable
for walking in, but they're not even close to the Tri-Techs in comfort when
worn all day. They are supposed to be waterproof -- I've only worn them in
one minor shower but my feet stayed completely dry. Also, they run small -
I normally wear a size 10, but I had to go with an 11 for the right fit.
