[ST] handle bar vibration

Does anyone have any solution to vibration @ 3k-4.5k RPM on the ST? It seems
like after I adjusted the settings on the forks that I'm feeling a bit more
vibration than I had before. My right hand typically goes numb after a while
(quicker than before the adjustment). Changing grips --- solution or just a
short term fix? Is there something else going on that I don't know about? I
used the settings discussed on the site for two-up and have found that it's
a little too hard. No doubt because of both my and my wife's weight (145 and
105 lbs).
