Ken,

I don't think I agree. We are talking parking lot speeds here. I am sorry 
you fell, Tim, but next time be sure and hit the person that is going to 
make you crash. In hindsight( I know what everybody say's about hindsight) 
since they fled it DAMN SURE would have been better to plow into them.

Isn't there some way you can get them?  Did you get a good look at person?
