I think the main thing that makes them look familiar is they are using the
same vbulletin software package.  The layouts are similar because every
designer/owner has seen each others sites, and likes the way it looks, I
think.

The now-defunct SBN, sportbikes.ws, this new site plus
at least one other I've seen look like the same person
designed them.  Not that that's a bad thing, they are
very well done.  Just curious as to the similarity...
