Well, I'm not sure. The 700 x 25 mm tires on bicycles run 120 psi and
don't turn enough rpm to be concerned about that, even at my speed
record of 46.3 mph (downhill). I have to think about it. If you're
paddling the motorcycle across the garage with your feet, you're not
putting you full weight on the front tire and that might be a good
compromise.
