I did the rollout measuremnts last night, and got 1847 mm rollout,
divided by 1.61 for a setting on the wee machine of 1147. I agree
with an earlier poster that using an unweighted tire probably about
evens out to tire expansion at high speed-- at least the tendency
will be for them to cancel out. It would take quite a lot of
compression/expansion to make a difference-- the tire diameter is
588mm (according to the rollout, using 3.14), so one percent is ~6mm
or quarter of an inch in the diameter. That seems to me to be a fair
amount of size difference for these super solid radials running 36psi.
I'd welcome any thoughts on this!
