[ST] Rain gear questions part 2

Last week I asked about rain gear and a few people suggested the Triumph 
Chevron. Well I did a little research and it seems that Ride magazine 
ranked rather low on their list. At the top of their list as a "Best 
Buy" was the Spada 406 oversuit. I found a few site in GB that sell it 
at GBP50. I couldn't find a site in the US. Is anyone here familiar with 
that suit? Pros? Cons?

One of the sites that sells it is Harper's Motorcycle Clothing in Forest 
Gate. Is anyone familiar with them? Any good or should I steer clear?
