[ST] bicycle computer

i put an Echowell F1 bicycle computer on the ST. i did the mark the floor / roll the bike, for two rotations, as a circumference setting. it was about 1.6% low measuring from Interstate mile markers fifty miles apart. i ended up correcting to 1875 mm for the new BT020, it's now within about .02 miles over fifty. i like the one-finger stab to change functions, and i'll be cooking up an LED 'reading light' for those evening meanders.
