Thanks Steve. Seems like a good list, it appears I'll get a totally unbiased
opinion of the Sprint here ;) Most of the 9R riders I've know haven't been
squid-kids, they've been "mature" riders and in most cases the next step has
been to a sport tourer (heavy on the sport aspect)
I've toured on a variety of unlikely (touring) bikes over the years, from a
600 Shadow, a VMax, a ZX6R, and a couple of ZX9R's. Acceleration is the
elixir for me, rather than top end. There's always a trade-off, there are
things I miss about previous bikes, but at this stage of my life (don't even
ask :) I'm looking for something that offers LD comfort but still has that
sport bike edge. I'll be ready for a cruiser when pigs fly.
