I use ScottOil but I don't have a ScottOiler.
I have a lowtech Loobman oiler http://www.chainoiler.co.uk/.  It has a
reservoir and a delivery tube.  You just squeeze a bit into the delivery
tube every so often (100-150 miles) just before you ride.  Sometimes I
'paint' a few spots of oil onto the chain with a small brush.
ScottOil seems to keep the chain clean compared with chainwax or other
lubricants.
