Lisa,

Put the fork tubes back into the triple clamps but insert them upside down.
That way you can use the clamps to hold the fork tubes and still get at the
allen keys from the top.
Get yourself a long allen key that fits the bolt head. It's a cheap tool and
ringing the bolt off will cause you no end of problems.
