No, I think they are two separate things but my mechanic tought me to use
a brake parts lubricant/grease, that's basically a copper grease.  

That reminds me, I still need to find a pin from a rear brake caliper to
replace the one with the chewed up head in mine.  Anyone have one to
spare?
