[ST] salvage title and frame

CA finally got around to sending me the forms to retitle my bike with the 
salvage title.  Didn't realize I would have to do that but it isn't any 
big deal.  Anyhow I assume I should go ahead and register it as repairable
vs totaled if I ever want to sell the frame of the bike.  I assume the
frame must go with the title since it is the only place that has the 
serial number (that I am aware of).

Thoughts?
