Welcome to the list and the ride John...

I'm sure others have already let you know that ThrottleMeister (~$100) is
about the best in throttle locks, and ThrottleRocker (~$10) is the thinkg
to have to reduce throttle hand stress on long drones.

Intercoms and radio comms are big subjects. Cheap intercoms from
HJC/Chatterbox (~$40 plus headsets) exist, as do high end stuff like
AutoCom. I'm sure there are a few other in-betweens, but one that was
just brought to my attention is from a new outfit called IMC. I think
www.sierra-mc.com has them at $150 for the intercom plus headsets and it
has an audio input. No word yet on quality/reliability, sorry.

Do a little Googling and you'll find a lot of options for CB, FRS, and
other bike to bike options. Personally I use the old HJC/Chatterbox
CB-27A setup for bike to bike and music input, but it's long discontinued
and getting hard to keep in parts so I'll be looking into other
options. There are integrators that can help from Autocom, and there is
even an ST1100 guy that builds one for about $70 that can take several
inputs and prioritize them. I may try that soon.

MotoComm makes some headsets that seem to be of decent quality for around
$60, not sure if they have any intercom or radio hardware yet. And there
is ofcourse J&M which makes quality gear at a little higher price, but I'm
still one of those that won't buy J&M on principle due to their treatment
of their competitors.

Anyway you should find a lot of choices, hope one works out. Let us know!
