Well, Don, I didn't want to rub it in. :-) Actually, it's even better
than that; in one five or six hour ride, I can run a 200 mile loop
through Ebbetts, Monitor, and Sonora passes. It's a truly wonderful
ride, with beautiful scenery, and some fabulously twisty roads,
through several elevation changes ranging between 2000 and 10000 feet.
It's a "must do" ride if a rider is ever up in this area, IMHO.
