RE: [ST] gas tank removal question



Wes,

The recommended method of draining the tank is out the tail pipe! Go for a
ride before removing the tank, for pete's sake! When the fuel light comes
on, or at about 220 miles on the tank, go home and take it off. From there,
you can just invert the darn thing to drain it.
