RE: [ST] fiamm horns on RS
I'm not sure how the fairing pieces on the RS are configured, but I just
installed the FIAMM's on my ST. I put one in same place the stock beep-beep
was located, and the other tone on the left side of the bike. I used the
bolt that's on the lower left radiator bracket. Like I said, I don't know if
the RS fairing would allow that location and fit while looking good. On the
ST, its completely hidden and doesn't touch anything else.

I purchased a set of Fiamm horns for my '00 RS, and can't see how to
neatly set them up inside the fairing. Even with the front section of
the fairing removed, they seem too big to fit anywhere when I check for
turning the forks, allowing for the front wheel to come up on the
suspension, etc. Am I missing something? Has anyone done this before?
Do I need to take them back to the shop for a refund? And, if that's
not bad enough, the wiring info given on the cardboard insert is quite
cryptic, and of little help, unless of course the german, french,
italian, and spanish versions offer sugestions not included in the
english text! Any help appreciated. BTW, it may not matter, but I have
two sets of Gen-Mar risers, so my bars are relatively high.
