[ST] Update tune with Two Brothers can?

Roger,

I have an '01 ST with the TBR can on it.  My dealer, Southern California
Triumph installed the latest tune available at the time, #12.

Works fine.  I get no surging from it.

However, I do get a sorta "burbling" below 3000 RPM when I'm coming to a
stop.  But it, in no way affects the ridability of the bike.  My dealer says
it's normal, but the next time in there, I'm going to ask him about the #13
tune to see if it will address it.

And besides, it sure looks and sounds a lot nicer than stock.
