Re: [ST] sprocket and chain



I'd recommend a DID chain either the 530VM or the slightly heavier and 
should be longer wearing 530 ZVM ( and of course it should be a riveted 
master link)  for the front sprocket I'd use the OEM Triumph part, due to 
the inclusion of the rubber damper. Check with Jack Lilley on that part I 
believe their price is better than local. For the rear sprocket I'd go with 
an AFAM Steel.. An Aluminum rear sprocket will last maybe 10,000 miles.. 
frankly for street use the weight savings of an Aluminum sprocket over 
Steel is pointless. This is what I've been using for the last 12K miles .. 
I think I adjusted my chain once after about 1K miles and haven't had to 
since. I expect to get at least another 12K out of it..
