[ST] Rear Shock

Hey Folks,
After 40,000 mi. the rear shock is pretty shagged on Sable and was wondering
what others had resorted to in their pursuit of handling. Need something
that's easily adjustable for preload (carrying luggage or trackdays) and
reasonable cost. Any ideas??
