Well after reading some reviews on
motorcyclegearreview.com, listening to a buddy with
one and reading this:

I decided to go with the VR-1 to replace my Nolan N100
Trend helmet. The nolan was great for a flip-up, great
fit and finish, comfy, no complaints at all, but I
couldn't get over the fact that the Full-face helmet
provided better protection for me and my GF.  I
ordered myself the Yellow/Blue Euro and my GF the Blue
w/ Pearly White striped regular VR-1.  Both are put
together very well, fit and finish right up there with
the Nolan (which says a lot to me) comfy just like my
last lid, nice features and easy to use vents with
gloves on.  An all-around well built helmet.  I can't
wait use it on the road this wknd!

I ordered from Rusty, the owner of
motorcycleloseouts.com.  He was very prompt with a UPS
tracking number and kept me informed every step of the
way.  I'm happy to send any busy his way based on my
experience.  He seems like a real bike nut like myself
to boot!

I feel sorry for all the suckers buying Shoei and Arai
helmets for many times the price when the VR-1 has all
the same quality, safety and features for a fraction
of the cost! :-p
