Re: [ST] temp sensor



I had the sensor replaced. It sits on the left side, near the 
radiator cap if I remember right. Haven't had a problem with it 
since. I think the part cost me $22 or so.

The other symptoms that I had is that the gauges started going wanky, 
and it would run real rough at times. Without the  crucial 
temperature info, the computer didn't know what to do. Made the ride 
in and out of Teluride very interesting, especially for the riders 
behind me who were watching nasty black clouds of smoke exit my pipe.
