Sorry, I don't have the bike anymore and looked through all my cd's but
couldn't find a picture of what I'm describing.  Other than if you look
up under the fairing toward the headlight adjusters, there are 2 black
tubes that support the nose assembly.  

Again, this might not be the case on the RS.  Guess that's not much
help.
