RE: [ST] Standard Maintainance Question??

The brakes on the ST are straight forward to bleed. Nothing surprising
here. A vacuum pump bleeder will make it go faster, but pumping the brakes
by hand will get the job done too.

Do yourself a favor and buy the Honda premixed coolant for the ST. It is
more expensive than the automotive variety, but the Sprint doesn't use so
much that it will send you to the poor house. Bruce mentioned the silicates
in his post and the Honda coolant is definitely safe for the aluminum and
the water pumps in our bikes.

1. In flushing the brake system (front and rear) is
there anything I need to know other than the common
sense stuff, anything sprint specific, Bleeding
sequence or anything like that. got my DOT4 all ready
to go.

2. Coolant flush/replace. Anything here. Bleeder
screws or cautions I should be aware of. Maybe special
coolant other than over the shelf car stuff. Anything
procedurally different than any other road machine.
