[ST] clutchless shifting

Thanks for that Bare. I was never quite sure exactly how the gearbox worked.
So why can you shift a motorbike gearbox without the clutch but a car
gearbox doesn't work so well?

A car gearbox will shift fine without the clutch if you use the same technique as on the bike. Get off the gas as you gear up, give a blip of gas as you gear down. Practice makes perfect.
