I'd say some S-100 would fit that bill.  I've used that, and also just use
the Meguiars soft gel soap I was the the other vehicles with, does a nice
job.  Though I haven't tried it yet, Honda spray cleaner?  Though might be
too shiny for ya'.

IIRC they are right on the backside of the headlight assy itself next to
the rubber boots.  I just can't remember if there are 2 or 4 of them.
