Correct,

On the 2001 (and later?), the caliper bolts are the normal six-sided male
bolt heads that take a standard socket somewhere in the 10mm range. 

The wheel spindle is the funky-fresh
19mm-female-insert-your-hex-wrench-here-and-grunt-as-you-twist thingamabobby
(that, of course, being the technical term).
