RE: [ST] Helmet cam

I have the Viosport camera about the same size and it came with two suction
cups with straps on them to suck to your helmet. They worked fine at a
track day with speeds well over 100mph. You have to stick it to the shield
in order for it to stay. I had mine mounted on the left side out of my
vision. Mine has a battery pack that goes with it and I was wondering the
same thing about connecting it directly to the bike. You can buy the mount
separately from Viosport if you go to their site at www.viosport.com. I am
actually heading up to the gap in a few weeks and I plan on mounting it to
the underside of the front fairing above the front fender.

Subject: [ST] Helmet cam

Have just acquired a "Bullet" video camera which is about 3" long by
about 3/4" in diameter.

I want to mount it as a helmet camera. Does anyone have any
particularly neat solutions for going this? It does have a mounting
bracket which would be ideal for on-bike-mounting but a bit
heavyweight for use on a helmet.

BTW it requires a 12V regulated power supply (the bike can peak to
13.5 volts) any easy way of regulating this?
