If you don't want to go with the hard bags, IMHO your best bet is a RKA 
setup.  RKA has great customer support, and if you have any questions on 
fit, I will ride up to RKA and do a recon mission for you. (I have the 
top rack ).  I need an excuse to scrub in my new sportec M1s.

I race with richard battles (of RKA) he is a great guy.  He stands 
behind his work 100%.  I own some RKA products and I recommend their fit 
and quality.

also -- mike bostock -- richard has a bunch of experience with bike 
mounted video work.  I am sure that he would be willing to describe his
