I see I mistyped here; it should read 6000 out of the rear
and 8000 out of the front.

With 020s on both ends, I usually run about 40 front and 42
rear; however, if I'm going to run the passes up here in the
Sierra, or do any other sporty-type riding, I lower them to
38 and 40 for a little better grip. Now, with the 010 in
front, I'm starting out with the same numbers, but like I
said, the 010 hasn't been on very long (500 miles max), so
I'm still experimenting.
