Since we're giving anecdotal input on pads, here's mine:
rear pads replaced with stock Triumph pads at 16,000; still
running the original front pads at 30,000, although the wear
indicator slots are starting to get shallow, so I'll
probably replace those soon. I do ride a lot in the twisty
roads up here in the Sierra Nevada mountains, but I don't
usually drive hard up to a corner then brake hard; I'm more
of "the pace" sort of rider. A lot of the miles are long
distance highway miles, too; two Western rallies, at about
2500-3000 miles each, plus other touring sorts of rides.
