[ST] Tyre (tire?) pressures

       Sounds like a lot of our listers are going to be able to save
money on suspension mods.

       42 pounds (56 Nautical Miles) in the cold rear tire is the
correct pressure 'IF' you & your passenger & your luggage have
brought the weight up to the Max. Gross Vehicle Weight. As any of
the radial tire manufacturers websites and/or reps will be happy to
tell you, the BEST inflation pressure for just you and your gas and a
tank bag is in the 31-33 psi range; which will give you improved
traction and feel along with greater tire mileage.
       Unlike bias ply tires, radials build up less heat in them and
get better traction with the sidewall flex and footprint pressures
that accompany tire pressures that are reduced to what is required by
the existing loading.
                                   Have fun;
