Thought I would chime in here. Just put new BT-20 and new front on my 2002
ST. Got 10,500 miles out of the first set which I believe had a BT57. There
was still life in the front and probably some left in the rear, although it
was squaring. I ran the originals at 42 psi rear and 36 psi front. I always
check presures prior to a day's riding. I weigh 140 lbs and sometimes travel
with my 110 lb girlfriend. We did Nova Scotia last year from Massachusetts
North Shore - three cases fully loaded. I hope the new skins wear as well.
