I'd agree on the last point. If you got a new '03 bike for 6700, that's a 
steal. Where was that? How long is the 0% over? I see onYerTriumph are 
doing 4yrs at 2% - with inflation at 2.5% - 3.5%, that's cheaper than 0% 
over 12 months. The only RS for 5500 north of the English/Scottish border 
are 2001 models re-imported from the US. There's a couple of those still 
available. Best price up here for an '03 is 7500.

As regards taxes, I can;t remember if there is a "new vehicle" tax still in 
the UK. It used to be 20% for cars - no idea for bikes. VAT (Value Added 
Tax does apply at 17.5%).
