I've perceived a gradual increase in the amount of oil my '00 ST is
using, but I haven't been paying close attention so I don't know the
exact amount per 1,000 miles. (I have about 34K miles on my bike right
now.) I guess I'll get a better feel on the way to the Western Rallye,
but I'm not worried about it at this time. I don't smell oil burning,
nor do I see oil smoke (and neither do any of my ridding buddies). As
the bike has a pretty low resale value anyway, I'm just going to ride
it until it goes kablooey and enjoy every second of it.
