Wow, so sorry about the ST John.  That's a bummer.  but at least you are
OK.  

Probably wouldn't hurt to get that shoulder checked out by a doc anyway.

On the frame, if your front end is that damaged, it would be a good idea to
get the frame check by a reputable shop with a frame straightening machine.
Your frame or at least your headstock is very likely tweaked and you might
not be able to see any damage.

a track bike would be pretty cool and you don't necessarily need much
plastic.  If the frame is bent and not fixable, I'm sure there are people
who might like some of your parts.  Might be interested in the engine/head
myself.
