[ST] transmission/chain 'catch'

       It's easy to miss the blurb in the owner's manual that tells
you the chain must be adjusted with the rear suspension "hanging
free".
Several guys I know - usually RS owners who didn't get the optional
center stand - have made the adjustment with the rear wheel on the
ground, resulting in a loose, noisy chain.
