[ST] for Rod - Race Tech cartridge emulators

    This was the 4th bike on which I've put the Race Tech gold valve
set-up (2 VF1000Fs and 1 Sprint before) and it was the most
improved.  Smoother and much more compliant; front tracks much better
over bumps and other irregularities and has less push (the tendency
to drift wide with the power on, caused by the rear tire being wider
than the front).
