Those symptoms are just like mine when I had a slightly warped
rotor...only really felt it when stopping in that last 10 mph or so. But
when braking at speed could see the mirrors "dance" a bit.
Did you change the pads when you changed the rotors? Should. Only idea I
got if the replacements are in fact true.
