[ST] communications and loud fuel pumps

Jay and I communicate with the GMRS radio system, which has additional
channels and a longer range than the FRS. We had CBs at one point but it
had too much static and other weird noises. The GMRS is small, portable,
clear, and works over a 2-mile span. The only down side is after a full day
of riding (8 hours) it has to be recharged for the next day.
