Yes....if it was always wrapped/closed and/or if you rode for hours in the
rain.  I am saying to wrap it IF you need to.  If your in an area where you
do a lot of riding in wet weather I would think that spending the extra
money to buy waterproof items is the way to go.  If you just need something
to take along as a JIC, then clingwrap is fine.  My GPS is waterproof and
stays on the bike all the time, but I do carry a piece of clingwrap for my
cell phone JIC I am out in the middle of nowhere and need to use the phone
for an extended period.

With these dry bags and clingwrap, would condensation
