Why get into a pissing contest you're never going to win? It's more than
likely that if you did pull some guy out of his car and bitch slap him,
you'd open yourself up for some sort of trouble, and the guy would just take
it out on the next motorcyclist he encountered.

Ride defensively and be above all that stuff.
