Re: [ST] Tire choice



BT020s.

I ride a Kawasaki zx-11d (600lbs wet + 180 me + 110 GF
+ lugage) and they handle things fine two-up.  Great
grip on dry pavement for my needs (Agressive
sport-touring) and great on the wet/cold stuff. 
because they are sport-touring tires they warm up more
quickly, are less picky about heat cycles, have more
tread down the center to wear over time and warm up
faster in the cold than sport tires.

A buddy of my rides a GPZ1100 and has been through two
sets of these, 11000 miles on each set and then they
started to square off in the rear and cup in the
front...I wopn't be complaining if mine last that
long.  especially after my trip to Deal's Gap this
May!
