D&D....ugh....so loud. What do you mean by "buff the rust off"? Aluminum
CAN'T rust, neither does stainless, so what kind of junk did they  make that
system out of? The fact that the packing on D&D's comes loose in a year or
so is a FEATURE, not a flaw. ;)  Yeah, you;ll have to drill out the rivets,
and then you can use screws to put it back on. Or, pay someone else big
bucks to do it, at which point your money is better spent looking for a
replacement (stock?) system.
