Re: [ST] Race-Tech

John,
I have an 00 RS and now have 32000 on the speedo. I put the Race Tech
springs in at a little over 12000 miles and feel that the bike handles a lot
better. I commute on the RS and last summer I was running the local
mountains every other week, sometimes twice. With the stock springs the
front seemed to be a little loose for me. I would feel like the front was
wallowing or wandering, I could never get over as far as I felt I could.
With the Race Tech springs the bike is more planted and better handling. I
haven't noticed the bike behaving as with the stock springs. A new set of
springs costs $100.00 from Race Tech, I did not go with the full rebuild of
the forks, gold valve kit and emulators.
