So is the pipe being delivered to your house?  If so bungy the new pipe on the back of your bike and ride to the dealership, along with the appropriate wrenches, or just have a friend follow in a car with the can in the car.  Then just replace the can in the parking lot.  That's what I did, when I put the carbon wrapped race can on my bike.
